TableArts considers securing fast orders delivery as a high priority issue. Therefore, we are dealing with reliable express services providers can handle client’s shipment and deliver it to any area in the GCC short period ( as per logistic company ) after place order and pay money on the website unless the item was out of stock in supplier warehouse, in this case maybe order takes longer time and we will contact you to specify the time we need for delivery . However shipping charges is Free for orders more than 1000 S.R and will inform the client for the fees if order less than 1000 S.R. less than that or GCC shipping for each order and this amount will be added to the order invoice and will be shown to client on the website before pay it.


Paying

Paying in TableArts is very easy with many payment channels like our safe online payment gateways by Credit Cards or Wire Transfer for clients not prefer electronic channels. And to protect our clients we release the money to the seller after 3 business days from the date of receive shipment.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within the next 1 business days of delivery and get a full refund by wire transfer to your bank account after deducting shipping fees. Just contact us on the form of Contact Us or send us an email to info@TableArts.com.sa and we will refund your money.

Must ensure that the item is in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

In case the buyer asked for return items after 1 business days of delivery, we will consider it as a special case and TableArts team will study this case to be fair with all parties.
